Thank you for shopping with Guli Kor.
We create made to order products, carefully produced specially for you. Because of this, we follow a no refund and no general return policy, with replacement options only in specific cases of defects or mistakes.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to this Refund & Replacement Policy.
1. Made to order products
Most of our products are made to order.
That means:
- We start producing your item only after your order is confirmed.
- Each product is created based on your selected size, design and preferences.
Because of this custom nature, we do not treat our products like regular ready stock items.
2. No refund policy
We do not offer refunds in the following situations:
- You change your mind after placing the order.
- You choose the wrong size, color or design.
- You do not like the fit, style or feel of the product after receiving it.
- There are small variations in color, print, design or placement compared to the photos on the website or social media.
- Delivery is delayed because of courier issues, traffic, strikes, weather or any reason outside our control.
Once an order is confirmed and we start processing, no refund will be given unless there is a clear manufacturing issue that we cannot solve with a replacement.
3. No general return policy
Because our products are made specially for you, we do not accept general returns.
We do not accept returns for:
- Products that match the order details you provided.
- Products that have been used, washed, worn or damaged after delivery.
- Products returned without any valid quality or production issue.
If the product is correctly made according to your order details, the sale is considered final.
4. Replacement policy for defective or wrong products
We want you to receive your product in good condition.
We offer replacement only, not refund, in the following cases:
- You received a product with a clear manufacturing defect
Example: torn fabric, faulty stitching, serious printing error. - You received a wrong product
Example: wrong design, color or size that does not match your order. - The product is seriously damaged during delivery
Example: big tear, heavy stain clearly caused before or during delivery.
4.1 Conditions for replacement
To be eligible for a replacement:
- You must contact us within 1 hour of receiving the product.
- You must provide:
- Order ID
- Clear photos or videos showing the defect or problem
- A brief description of the issue
- Order ID
- The product must:
- Be unused and unwashed
- Be in its original condition
- Include original tags and packaging, if any
- Be unused and unwashed
4.2 Review and approval
After you contact us:
- Our team will review your photos and details.
- If needed, we may ask for additional proof or ask you to send the product back.
- If we confirm that the product is defective, wrong or badly damaged before delivery, we will approve a replacement.
4.3 What we will do
If your replacement request is approved:
- We will create a new product of the same design, color and size, and send it to you.
- If the same item is not available, we may offer a similar product of equal value, or another solution that we clearly explain to you.
We do not issue cash refunds. The solution will always be a replacement or an alternative product as agreed.
4.4 When replacement can be refused
We may refuse or cancel a replacement request if:
- You contact us after the allowed time frame.
- The defect is minor and within normal tolerance for made to order items.
- The product shows signs of use, washing, perfume, stains, or damage caused by you.
- You cannot provide any proof of the issue.
5. Order cancellation
Because our products are made to order:
- Orders cannot usually be cancelled after payment is confirmed and production has started.
- If you contact us very quickly and production has not started yet, we may, at our discretion, allow a change or cancellation, but this is not guaranteed.
Once we begin printing or producing your item, cancellation and refund will not be possible.
6. Size, color and design responsibility
Please check the following carefully before confirming your order:
- Size chart
- Design, color and placement
- Spelling in any custom text
You are responsible for choosing the correct size and design.
We cannot offer a refund or replacement if the product matches the order but the chosen size or style does not suit you.
Also note:
- Colors may look slightly different on screen because of lighting, editing and device display.
- Small variations in color or print are normal and are not treated as defects.
7. Late or missing deliveries
We always try to deliver within the estimated time.
However, delivery times can be affected by:
- Courier delays
- Traffic, weather or political situations
- Public holidays or unexpected events
In case of delay:
- We will support you with tracking and communication with the courier.
- We are not able to provide refunds for late delivery caused by external courier issues.
If your order seems lost or never arrives, contact us and we will work with the courier to investigate and find a solution.
8. How to request a replacement
If you believe you qualify for a replacement because of a defect, wrong item or serious damage:
- Contact us within 1 hour of receiving your order.
- Provide:
- Your full name
- Your order ID
- Photos or videos that clearly show the issue
- A short explanation of the problem
